Maisie McAdoo is a journalist who got sidetracked by fiction. Her short stories appear in places such as Amherst Writers and Artists, Wising Up Press and The King’s English. Her short story, “Michael L, Straight From Hell,” was long-listed for the Fish Prize. She was a senior reporter at Reuters and now teaches journalism at Brooklyn College.
