Bailey Couture is the founder and editor-in-chief of ALLY Magazine. She spent her twenties working nearly every job at a community newspaper, reporting, photographing, editing, and eventually running the newsroom, before moving into social media marketing and creative direction. She started ALLY after years of watching women burn out chasing algorithms and generic advice, and built it as a place for honest, specific writing instead. She lives in Northern Ontario.
