Why don't small presses re-issue books in the public domain? Many great books languish without the quality designs these presses excel at, they're already written & edited, they have an audience, & they would be an asset to a catalogue. Am I missing something obvious?
Is "Crying like a church on Monday" a real saying or did the guy from New Radicals just make it up? I've been meaning to ask this for 20 years, but just been busy.
