Kevin Carson is a poet, visual artist, and immigrant rights activist based in Brooklyn, New York. As a Caribbean writer of Amerindian, West Indian, and Venezuelan heritage, his work explores identity, history, and the struggles of being undocumented. A finalist for the Brooklyn Poets Fellowship, Kevin seeks to amplify the diverse voices of his community and use poetry as a tool for activism, shedding light on the immigrant experience.
