I am a first-generation Pakistani-Korean writer and artist living in the U.S. with ties to New York City, Miami Beach, and much of California. My work explores identity, love, and addiction. I write professionally in the fine wine realm and in 2024 received fellowships from the Wine Writers Symposium and Sonoma County Writers Camp. I’m also a grateful alum of the Tin House workshops, Northern California Writers’ Retreat, Electric Literature partner Writing Workshops’ Paris retreat, and Napa Valley Writers Conference. My work has appeared in The Hellebore Press, on JancisRobinson.com, at the Center for Book Arts, NY and on The Well-Balanced Fish podcast.
