Waymark Literary Magazine Anyone can be a storyteller. Waymark (verb): “To provide or identify (a path) with waymarks; to mark out (a route)” Nestled at the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains and north of Atlanta, Kennesaw State University houses Waymark Literary Magazine. Waymark is a literary magazine run by students that accepts fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art submissions from undergraduate students in accredited universities across North America. Waymark began in 2019 and published its first issue in the Spring of 2020. Two issues followed, and, after a brief hiatus from Spring 2021 to Spring 2024, Waymark released its first issue in three years with an entirely new masthead.
