For accepted pieces, The Afterpast Review asks for First North American Serial Rights and First Electronic Rights. After publication, all rights will revert back to the author. Authors may resubmit their work elsewhere once the piece has been published on this magazine provided that they credit this publication. We reserve the nonexclusive rights to publish and archive all accepted submissions.
