  • Formatting

    Writing submissions must enter through the portal at the bottom of this page. Maximum of 5 poems per submission, or 3 prose pieces per submission. We ask that you keep each poem to less than 1000 words, and each prose piece to less than 1500 words. Please submit all of your pieces in a single document, with titles clearly separated. Please include the titles of your pieces in the title of your document. Your document should be in docx., pdf, or txt form. A third-person bio is highly recommended. Our turnaround time is generally three months or less.

  • Author's rights

    We ask for first North American publishing rights and archival rights for all accepted work, as well as the right to make minor edits to the accepted piece(s) to fit publication standards. All rights revert back to the author upon publication.
