    MetaStellar Magazine has two cycles for paid submissions each year, where we pay 8 cents a word for flash fiction. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for submissions outside these two cycles. interested in excerpts of 1,500 words to 10,000 words from published novels in horror, science fiction, or fantasy looking for previously published flash fiction and short stories that fall into the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and horror (up to 1,200 words or between 1,200 words and 7,500 words)
