All art files submitted should come in the form of a readily accessible image file (jpg, png, gif, etc.).
Author's rights
If accepted for publication, we purchase an exclusive license for first publication for both the web and the magazine. This license is for 90 days from first publication (either on the site or in the magazine) after which all rights revert back to the author. A more detailed license agreement and contract will be provided upon acceptance.
Additional info
No fan fiction or works set in an establish universe, unless it is of your own creation. All accepted fiction submissions will be paid a flat fee of $25. We are able to pay a licensing fee of $25 for cover art. We are unable to pay for interior art at this time. We are, unfortunately, not able to pay for short reviews. Any accepted submission will also receive a DRM-free .pdf and .epub of the quarterly ebook they appear in.
