❗️No simultaneous submissions. Each issue includes a mix of five or six of the following twelve genres: art, articles, drama, essays, fiction, interview, memoirs, news, photoessay, photography, poetry, and reviews. Submit no more than two pieces (for example, two poems or one poem and one short story) per person per reading period. AQ will only be able to offer one copy of the AQ Yearbook as payment to its published artists and writers for their work. Self-published work is considered as published AQ is published in the spring, summer, and autumn online, and in the winter as a special, compilation, print-on-demand yearbook exclusively and for free for contributing artists and authors and workshop and reading audience members
