Querencia is always open for manuscripts and we have around a 6 month response time. We respond to every submission (though we do use a form rejection usually to keep up with submission volume). For anthology callout related submissions we typically respond within 3 weeks of a callout closing. We take submissions by email and prefer .doc & .docx files, but will accept .pdfs - we never have a submission fee, we offer a 50/50 royalty split on manuscripts, though we are not a paying market for anthology work.
