Aliya Lewis is a freelance writer and poet. She is currently attending the University of East Anglia's Creative Writing Prose Fiction course. She has won the London Writer's Salon flash competition, and has been published in The Idler magazine, Standart magazine, and A Woman is a Wolf. Her plays have been performed across the UK, winning the Durham Drama Festival Award for Best Writer twice. Acted Singapore's Young&Wild programme and was part of the Burn After Reading collective.
