I have been a UK freelance writer since 1998. I wrote irreverent online comedy for TV channels, including Channel 4, Bravo, ITV and Sky. I did some grown-up journalism for The Guardian and The Independent, co-founded the alternative lifestyle blog Deserter, along with its monthly podcast, the Deserter Pubcast. I have co-authored four books. Two were comedy, one fiction short stories and another on sport and politics.
