Vanessa Poster is a member of the LA Poets and Writers Collective and The Poetry Salon. She has studied Method Writing with Jack Grapes. Her work has appeared in Grief Dialogues, the Book; Stories from the Muses; and Snapdragon: A Journal of Art & Healing, and more. She teaches creative writing online and runs a workshop called, The Write Way: Using the Written Word to Heal. She is a graduate of Stanford University. Widowed in 2015, her poems explore themes of grief, love, and gratitude.
