Stafford Hartman

Stafford is a writer, musician, and educator based in Cleveland, OH. In 2021, she began exploring micro-memoir through @americangirltherapy, an Instagram project chronicling childhood memories tied to her American Girl doll collection. She was recently named a Breakthrough Writing Resident with Literary Cleveland, and she is developing a full-length memoir which uses music as a central framework to expand on the themes of nostalgia, recovery, and identity.
