Shannon Moran is a writer and artist from Baltimore, MD. Her work has been published in Hayden's Ferry Review, New Letters Magazine, and Nimrod Journal. She is the winner of a 2023 AWP Intro Journals Award and the 2019 Sophie Kerr Prize, a finalist for the 2023 Prufer Poetry Prize, and a Pushcart nominee. She holds her MFA in Poetry from the University of Missouri—Kansas City. She loves lipgloss and layer cake.
