Shabana also launched a Substack, where she delves into themes of childhood, motherhood, and lifestyle. Currently, she is working on her memoir, Pagli. The book tackles issues of race, gender, faith, immigrant life, blended families, and abuse in Queens and Long Island, New York, alongside the complexities of motherhood and divorce.
