Ryn Swinson is an Oklahoma-based writer and artist. She grew up under the tornado skies of Southwest Oklahoma where she befriended ladybugs and sang along with cicada song. Throughout her life, Ryn considered multiple careers, however, she decided to be a writer and die penniless. She received her BA in English from Cameron University. Her work has appeared in The Gold Mine, The Cameron Collegian, Southwest Impressions, and swim press.
