Priscilla Loebenberg is an MFA candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she won the 2026 VCU English Writing Award for Graduate Fiction. She served as senior copyeditor for Blackbird from 2024 to 2025, and her work has appeared in The Southern Quill. She previously worked in journalism and contributed to the Biloxi Sun Herald’s coverage of Hurricane Katrina, which was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service.
