Petros Isaakidis

Petros Isaakidis studied medicine and worked as researcher in Kenya, Cambodia, India, South Africa. He earned an MA with distinction from the University of Cape Town. His English/Greek poems and prose have appeared in Anti-Heroin Chic, Ariel Chart, Stachtes, Chartis, Thraca, Planodion, The New Contrast, Eunoia Review, New Coin, Stanzas and elsewhere. His collection volcanoed/ηφαιστειωθής was shortlisted for the Thraca Award 2024 and published in 2025 (Thraca/Botsotso). He lives in Cape Town.
