Nathan Bakken, MDiv (they/them) is a public theologian, religious educator, and poet. Originally from the PNW, they currently live in Reno, Nevada with their partner and dog Sassafras. Drawing inspiration from religious and natural imagery, Nathan’s poetry seeks to explore the queer and ineffable questions that take root in the human experience. Their poetry and writing has been published in Dewdrop Magazine, new words press, and the collection Held: Blessings for the Depths.
