Cathie has been a farmer, an athlete, an educator, a vocalist, a musician, and an artist. She enjoys challenges and being outdoors taking care of animals as well as working in her gardens. Since she’s retired from teaching, Cathie spends her time writing murder mysteries, short stories, and poetry. Cathie has a BA in business education and a MA in Systematic Theology. She is a member of Goodreads as well as a member of the Rockford Writer’s Guild and the Chicago Writer’s Association.
