Matthew R. Davis is a Shirley Jackson Award-nominated author and musician from Adelaide, South Australia, with over one hundred short stories and seven books published thus far. His latest books are the Aurealis and Ditmar Award-nominated horror collection SONGS OF SHADOW, WORDS OF WOE and the non-fiction volume THE CURE ON TRACK: EVERY ALBUM, EVERY SONG. He lives with the award-winning artist Meg Wright (Red Wallflower) and her cats Juniper and Lexi.
