Moocat le Meaux traveled extensively in Southeast Asia in the mid-1990s, writing more than 100 travelogs. He started moocat.net in August 2001 as an independent literary site. He lived and wrote in Taiwan for 5 years during the early 2000s through 2010. He now makes his home in northern Texas, U.S.A.
