Michael Wells Jr. is a South Bronx genre writer whose work explores the intersection of the monstrous and the marginalized, reimagining futures where the historically excluded navigate speculative worlds previously denied to them. A culturally responsive storyteller and immersive world-builder, he crafts layered narratives centering survival, adaptation, and reclamation. He is an Orchard Project and Sony alumnus, and a recent Mentorship Matters mentee signed with HG Literary (for books).
