Matthew Mills is a pianist and writer based in London. He read Music at Oxford before completing a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction at Trinity College of Music. His writing has appeared in essay collections published by IB Tauris and Scarecrow Press, and he contributes regularly to *Pianist* magazine. His recording *Bagatelles* (Divine Art Records, 2023) was described by *Music and Vision* as "a recital to treasure." He also writes fiction, mostly for his own amusement.
