Marcella Mays is a poet from Port Arthur, Texas, and an undergraduate student at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Her work appears in Windward Review Vol. 22: Revolution, where is earned “Author’s Spotlight” . She is involved in community advocacy through Texas Rising and the Texas Freedom Network.
