John Doriot is an award-winning author and poet. He has written fifteen books, of which six have won the Georgia Independent Author of the Year Award from 2022-2024, for best horror/thriller novel (Litter), best sci-fi novel (The Cures), best collection of short stories (Grimmer Folk Stories, Idioms), and best collection of poetry (From Sorrow To Tomorrow, Slowly, I Grow). He has also written five children's books and contributed poems and short stories to multiple magazines.
