Living abroad during a sabbatical, Lori wrote the first draft of her novel. 7 years and a thousand revisions later, Lori now goes between working on her Spec-Fi novel and her memoir. When she is not writing between pancake flips, she can be found homeschooling her children, thrifting, or planning her next travel adventure with her family.
