Laura Buxbaum is a (re)-emerging poet in her 60s living in midcoast Maine, where she pursues a few too many hobbies: raising goats, making cheese, making music, running trails, for a start. Her poems can be seen or are forthcoming in Thimble Literary Magazine, Rat's Ass Review, Brawl, Writers Resist, and Gyroscope, among others. Her poetry tends toward the pastoral and elegiac but she's working to sharpen her edge.
