Katie Rose Pryal, JD, PhD, is a Bipolar-AuDHD writer and educator. She is an award-winning author of more than 15 books, including YOUR KID BELONGS HERE (Johns Hopkins 2025) and A LIGHT IN THE TOWER (Kansas 2024). Her literary memoir, AN AUTISTIC GIRL’S GUIDE TO HORSES, is coming in 2027 from WVUP. A Pushcart nominee, her work has appeared in The Coachella Review, Catapult, Full Grown People, and the Brevity Blog. She teaches in the Drexel MFA Creativing Writing Program.
