Kasumi Parker is a writer and a high school English teacher. Her prose has been published or is forthcoming in Black Warrior Review, PRISM International, Willow Springs, Blackbird, and others. Her writing has been supported by a residency at Vermont Studio Center. She received an MFA in Fiction from Sarah Lawrence College.
