Jena Mehl is a writer from Minnesota who now calls Jeju Island, South Korea home. She studied English as an undergraduate and completed a Master's program focusing on Korean historical film. Jena is drawn to the space that exists after the 'Hero’s Journey' is over, exploring the labor of being human and the performance of normalcy.
