Jeanne May Smith (“Jeanne May” is her first name; pronounced like “genie” + the fifth month) is a writer from East Texas. She received her BA in English, Creative Writing from Texas Tech University. She’s continuing her education as an English MFA student with a focus in poetry. She loves narrative writing: exploring memories, identity, relationships, & personal interests. She loves cats, arts & crafts, adventures, naps, watching/playing sports, writing, & spending time with friends and family.
