H.E. Ross

San Francisco sailor, H.E. Ross spent over two years living in Haiti as one of his five cultures on four island coverage for two magazines he published. Ross lived in the Caribbean 40 years documenting Black sailing cultures ending up starting two maritime organisations. He is presently writing of his time and experiences in the Caribbean. Ross lives in a small riverside village in Cornwall with his partner and their two children and two cats. His two adult children live and work in California.
