Hannah Clare Jellen is a feral melancholy writer desperately attempting to find meaning and terrifying beauty in the human experience. Born of the floodwaters in Southern Illinois, she cut her teeth on Bach's counterpoint and Federico Garcia Lorca's poetry. Half-musician, half-funeral director and all-neurodivergent, her writing is tangled in the bittersweet comfort in the cycles of decay and life. Through writing, she is learning how to conjure reason and love from nothingness.
