Hailey Elles lives at the edge of a 20,000-acre forest with her husband, their border collie and two cats, and all manner of wild things. She holds a master’s degree in secondary English education and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in English at Middlebury College as a BLTN (Bread Loaf Teacher Network) Fellow. Her work has appeared, or is forthcoming, in various publications including 805lit, Beyond Words, Chariot Press, Half and One, and Scapegoat Review.
