Emma Burrows

Emma Burrows is bi-racial, seventeen-year-old writer born in southern California but remembers her childhood to be in Hòa An, Vietnam. She idolizes memoir but loves to explore outside her life into the people around her. She, unlike many others would say, does not like to curl up with a good book but loves to see the written word portrayed on a stage or screen. Despite being a writer, she loves improv and basketball. She is also the recipient of the California Arts Scholar award.
