Rebecca Halsey is the publisher and editor-in-chief of Flash Fiction Online. She holds an MFA degree in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. Her short fiction has most recently been found in Ghost Parachute and Uncharted. She resides in Maryland with her husband, four children, and a very stubborn Olde English Bulldogge.
