Published author, editor, and retired recovering journalist, David J. Rank, is the founder and director of the nonprofit Novel Bookcamp. His more than 40 dark fiction short stories have appeared in print, online, and seven anthologies. A collection of his short stories will be published in 2026. Member of the Horror Writers Association and the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association, he lives with his wife, near his children and grandchildren, in a nice neighborhood of eastern Wisconsin.
