Dani Brand is a poet from New York, NY. She is a Lebanese-American poet who holds a BS in Media Studies from LIM College and an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School. Brand is also an adjunct writing professor at LIM College, former curator of the KGB Monday Nights Poetry Series, and bartender. She is a recipient of the 2022 Paul Violi Poetry Award. Like many writers, she spends most of her free time with cats.
