I write creative nonfiction, personal essays, and short fiction rooted in honesty, vulnerability, and a touch of humor. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my husband, Shane, our children, Margaux and Brennan, and our dogs, Heidi and Jess. My work is shaped by a journey of processing childhood trauma, practicing self-compassion, and learning to trust my intuition.
