Candice Carnes

Candice Carnes is a fourth-generation New Mexican writer based in Gallup, New Mexico. She holds an MA in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University and a BFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College. Her creative nonfiction has won the Diana Woods Memorial Award and appeared in The Intima, Pulse, and Lunch Ticket as a winner of the Diana Woods Memorial award.
