Biography: Brian Hillman (he/him) is an assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Towson University in Towson, MD. His research focuses on modern Jewish thought, Kabbalah, religion and literature, and religion in popular culture. His writing has appeared in the Journal of Jewish Identities, Women in Judaism, and Reading Religion, and other venues.
