Beau Noeske earned his MFA in Fiction at the University of Nevada, Reno – Lake Tahoe. His latest short story was long-listed for the 2026 CRAFT Award for Excellence in Fiction. His MFA studies included semester-long, one-on-one mentorships under Pulitzer Prize finalist Rebecca Makkai and bestselling authors Traci Chee and Gina Frangello. Beau lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he founded a sports investment business that was later featured in "Sports Illustrated".
