Ashley Young is currently pursuing her education at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. Her work explores the expressive possibilities of poetry, paint, texture, and form. Often combining experimental materials to create pieces that balance structure and spontaneity. Young’s artwork has been featured in both solo and group exhibitions throughout the DMV area, including the honor of collaborating with renowned artist Richard Tuttle.
