Annalise Avila is a fiction writer and second-year creative writing MFA student at Chatham University. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Annalise relocated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in August of 2025 to further her education and improve her craft. Annalise's primary focus is on romance, particularly queer stories that defy gender norms. She is so excited to see what the future brings for her work.
