Alicja Walendziak

Alicja Walendziak is a Polish immigrant to the UK who writes about grand things through domestic images. She self-published the poetry pamphlet Herbata (2018) while studying for a BA (Hons) and an MA in Creative Writing in Leicester, where it was warmly received, and has an upcoming publication in Vagabond's Verse. Now working in community engagement, she is most interested in bringing people together through the arts and celebration of culture.
