JS Apsley is the pen name of a Glasgow based author who as of late 2024, began writing short stories across noir, sci-fi, crime, horror and mystery genres. Apsley won the 2024 Ringwood short story prize for “Immersion” - his debut fiction submission - and has since gone on to place 50+ stories in journals around the world. Apsley’s debut novel, a young reader fantasy called “Storm Girl” has been snapped by an indie Glasgow publisher - watch this space!
